We are in network with every major insurer, we have financing options that do not require any money down to get started, and we also have discounts available to patients that have had failed cycles at other clinics, military families, and patients going through cancer treatment or other hardships.

Have you seen a reproductive endocrinologist in the past? Are you unsure about their recommendations for your evaluation or treatment? Were your questions and concerns not addressed or explained? Nevada Fertility Institute is offering 30-minute second opinion consultation with absolutely no obligations or strings attached.

 

Our doctors will provide consultation for any patient who has seen a reproductive endocrinologist in the past and would like a second opinion. They will also spend time with you reviewing your medical history, testing and treatment to help you better understand the causes of your infertility and your treatment options.

 

Disclaimer: if you have health insurance for which our clinic is in network, usual insurance billing and applicable co-pays will apply.

To schedule the second opinion consultation, simply:

  • Schedule a 30-minute second opinion consultation on our booking page.
  • Download the medical records release form from our website and send it to your previous reproductive endocrinologist to request a copy of your medical records. Please note that it typically takes two weeks for a physician’s office to send the medical records.
  • Bring any medical records you have with you to the consultation.

We hear you! Paying for fertility services out of pocket can add up. While our mission is to make fertility care significantly more affordable than other clinics, many patients still might need assistance. We’ve partnered with PatientFi, LendingClub and CapexMD to offer convenient monthly payment plans that can help cover the costs of your treatments. For patients who do not wish to use these financing companies or for those patients who do not qualify for financing due to B or C credit scores, we also offer convenient “pay as you go” plans to help keep your dream of growing your family, within reach and without delay. This is fertility care as it should be: affordable, accessible, and convenient for all. Your fertility counselor can answer any question about financing options.

We accept all major credit cards, many of which provide wellness or healthcare cashback benefits. For self-pay patients, individualized financial considerations may be available for certain circumstances, including oncology-related fertility preservation, public service professionals, healthcare workers, LGBTQIA+ patients, and those continuing care after prior unsuccessful cycles. Your dedicated finance concierge will guide you through any applicable considerations.

We strongly encourage use of sperm Donors from the many FDA Approved Sperm Banks across the USA. However, if you choose to use a Donor who you know (i.e a Directed Donor), costs to have them approved for donation can start at $1500, not including the cost of your IUI or IVF cycle, cycle medications, labs or legal fees.

Military discount:

Nevada Fertility Institute supports those courageous individuals who serve or have served in any branch of our armed forces. We offer up to 10% off traditional IVF services for our military patients and/or their partners. Cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to insurance co-pays or deductibles.

Discounts to first responders:

Nevada Fertility Institute supports those individuals who serve as police officers, fire officers or emergency medical technicians (EMT). We offer up to 10% off traditional IVF services for first responders. Cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to insurance co-pays or deductibles.

Discounts to Teachers:

Nevada Fertility Institute supports those dedicated educators who selflessly serve our children. We offer up to 10% off traditional IVF services for K-12 Educators. Cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to insurance co-pays or deductibles.

Discounts for Tubal Factor Infertility:

Nevada Fertility Institute understands that patients who are found to not have any open/patent fallopian tubes are often left requiring IVF to achieve pregnancy. For qualified patients diagnosed with tubal factor infertility, we offer up to 10% off traditional IVF services. Cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to insurance co-pays or deductible.

Discounted pricing for egg/sperm freezing for cancer patients:

Nevada Fertility Institute supports cancer survivors. We offer 10% off traditional IVF services for our patients that are cancer survivors. We also participate in the LiveStrong program. Cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to insurance co-pays or deductibles.

LGBTQIA+ Patient Discounts:

Nevada Fertility Institute supports LGBTQIA+ patients and the LGBTQIA+ community. We offer up to 10% off traditional IVF services for LGBTQIA+ patients. Cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to insurance co-pays or deductibles.
